[plug] network card

i have a problem w/ my network card upon booting up the server. 
the exact error: "Bringing up interface eth0. Delaying eth0 initialization"
what do u mean by this error.
actually my solution for this is to reinstall the kernel, but do you any
ideas or any best sulotion.
