you are already familiar with MSO. It is a different story with Linux but
then again if you are using a GUI for your Linux boxes then the learning
curve is not much either. For me the learning curve in Linux is high only
when you want to setup and administer the Linux box yourself. In your
company's case, they have you as the Sys Ad so you it is your problem not
theirs.
