hi jackson,
you may reinstall the XFree86-SVGA rpm from your installation cd,
it should be there.
mount /dev/cdrom
rpm -Uvh /mnt/cdrom/Redhat/RPMS/XFree86-SVGA-3.3.6-20.i386.rpm
umount /dev/cdrom
