shoot. i should have read the subject more closely. my apologies
because i was not aware that the guideline is now indeed available.
last time i checked i got a document not found error. time for me to
read those now. :)

the following question i will address to the board and list admins.
will the plug mailing list be the proper venue for org related matters
while plug-org is 'restricted'? or do we carry these conversation in
plug-misc?
