Btw, the membership guidelines (latest draft) is published here: http://linux.org.ph/membership/membership_guidelines. This, together with the board requirements for this fiscal year's membership process, would implement the constitutional provisions set for membership. For new members - you could get to know more people by attending the conferences and PLUG activities. That way you build up your own contributions, no matter how little.
