OUCH! I started the thread. Its not because of anything, I would just like
to share opinions to something that is important to ME! Yes it is just the
marketplace at work, if you want to simplify it that way. but really 
isn't the 'marketplace' tilted to the favor of the few? Way back in
college, my old Organization have a term for that, IMPERIALISM. That word
way not totally fit or it may may even be applicable to the situation. But
the point is, even at a very technological level, there is inequality. Why
should one impose on the other just because he have more resources, more
power? Isn't that what is called hegemony? The fact of the matter is that
freedom is being curtailed. Don't get me wrong, I use Windows at work and
at home, hell, i'm not even that good at linux. But i love linux because
of the high degree of freedom that it offers, i may not be technically
adept at the moment to fully use that freedom, but atleast i use linux
knowing that i have that freedom. You see its a matter of PRINCIPLE.
