hi guys, anyway, i'd like to ask those people who have purchased and subscribed to either or both, Redhat Enterprise or Suse Enterprise support and which do you find to be the better solution.
i am a subscriber of RHEL support, however (and luckily) i havent have had the experience of needing RH's assistance. so far, the priviledge i got was being able to d/l an updated release ISO for one of my machines. so in the event that i might need a support, i'm really not sure what these guys can offer me. appreciate your thoughts on these. regards, vynnie.
