restrict a lot of things. I know it defeats the purpose of having a
Wiki, but I would like to use the good features of Wiki to my use.
Things I am looking for:
1.) Only admin can create new users
2.) If a page for a certain topic doesn't exist, it should say so and
not allow Edits if they are not logged in.
3.) Only logged in users can create or edit pages
My aim is for the Wiki site to be collaborative in way to only a handful
of people and be a strictly informational site for the masses. Any suggestions?
