putting swap on a flash disk is a pretty dumb idea. the price of flash and ordinary DDR SDRAM is almost the same. but flash can only withstand 100,000 read/write cycles before the bits "wear out."

now putting your swap on a *solid state disk* is a different story. SSD is not flash-based, rather it's static RAM. so it doesn't "wear out" like flash does (after all, flash is a form of EEPROM). but solid state disk is EXTREMELY expensive. better buy ordinary RAM and keep your PC on all the time.

Do you mean on a solid state flash disk?
May supplier na ba nito dito sa atin?
Does anyone have an idea how much it cost?
