Even if they end up choosing a Microsoft Operating System, we can
still pitch for WinFOSS to lessen the impact of costs and lowering the
learning curve (if it is present). The keyword is standardization of
platform by the government.
How I wish people in the government or in Commission on IT should
consider consulting from opensource and FOSS not just because they
will benefit from this so we'll push this. Sana kahit kunti manlang
na consideration they have to look at and study it carefully.
