i hate sounding like such an ass (i don't even work for smart or any of their affiliated companies). but the average customer is such a whiner who has no conception of the expense it takes to roll out these types of service.
here's a factoid for all you smart wifi whiners:
i estimate that your first year of 988-a-month payments only covers the cost of the CPE and base station port cost . in other words, the bandwidth is free.
so how's that for them apples?
