That is one contestable claim that the good gentleman introducing this
bill to Congress is trying to realize, amidst the well-known quirks
and scandals that befall his own housemates.

For the long run, give us a roadmap.  Where is FOSS iin the
Philippines heading in the next 50 or 100 years?  Yes, perhaps I may
extrapolating dates to the extreme, but lets face it: you never know
if FOSS can last that long.

And so does proprietary software.
