Hello, I'm currently making a system that supports SMS service. I just want to ask if there is a tool or driver of mobile phones that can support unlimited texting or that can charge the text message to an account and not to the person sending the message. If it is not possible, what tool can you suggest that supports more mobile phone models and is user friendly. Thanks in advance!
