if you are trying to replicate bind functionality (serving dns server
and resolver at the same time on a single IP), then forget it...
djbdns is not designed for it.. what you can do though, is to add
another  IP (proly virtual IP or add another NIC) to the server, and
use that as either the dnscache or the tinydns..
