If you want to run tinydns and dnscache on the same machine, you need
two unique ip
addresses either by real network card or by ip alias. normally, people
run tinydns on
a public ip and dnscache on a private ip.

you can't use 127.0.0.1 as tinydns ip nor dnscache cache since
127.0.0.1 is an ip pointing to localhost (same machine). so if you
wanna use 127.0.0.1
as settings for your workstations, it will just query itself which i
think is not what
you are tryin to accomplish.

sorry for for the mixed up, just like my brain... stops workin for awhile 
hehehe. i just want to create a resolver and an authoritative server on one 
machine. right now im using 2 ip's for these kind of setup. im using bind but 
im having some trouble when i put it behind a firewall, strange...
