Here's a few applications you might want to check out. Please note that I 
haven't checked their licenses (yet) 'coz I haven't used them. But I do know 
this, some of them are proprietary but _do_ offer community/free 
versions/licenses. Oh, and I'm not sure which of them 'renders', if they even 
have that capability. But still worth checking out.
