Hi,
It seems impossible for both computers to meet. Both are using private
IP's. You better check whatismyip.com to check the public IP address used
by those computers. Then you use port forwarding to forward your remote
connection to this computer.
public IP --> router --> local computer
forward
If the other one is smart bro, you will need to configure their router.
