The other PCs using SmartBro, while you may be using PLDT or Globe, you can 
forward some ports on your router to allow connections from the SmartBro one.

However, I don't think you can access the SmartBro PC using some popular 
remote access apps like VNC. Smart doesn't accept port forwards/ip 
passthrough requests. You will need a service that allows connection behind 
NAT - like http://logmein.com/ which, and it's very unfortunate, only works 
on Windows. If the SmartBro PC has windows installed, then you can use 
LogMeIn, it has a free account that doesn't limit your usage. And when the 
trial ends, some features might not be available, but it's still usable as a 
free account. I still have my old LogMeIn account which I used during my Call 
Center days troubleshooting PC and Internet Connections. I think this is one 
of the best service out there that allows remote access from behind NAT.
