I have a 3 year old who scratched his ORIGINAL Barney CDs. But before he was able to do that, I was able to re-encode it to x264+aac and saved it on my HDD. But if this bill becomes law, I don't think I will be able to it (at least legally). So, anybody here knows the email address of Sen. Ed Angara?
