I remember when I was working in the Ortigas area and my employer decided to have Globe DSL installed, and the list of sad experiences are as follows:
- Tech Support (Outsourced employees and no IT experience) sucks bigtime, it took them several days before someone came to the office to check the problem. - Four IT Support came, one each day, each one has a different opinion as to what is causing the intermittent connection (They're just guessing) - Connection was so bad that after two weeks we decided to terminate the contract. Now if I were you, since you can afford paying for a T1 line, why not try VPS instead, it's reliable and can guarantee you a 99.99% uptime. LayeredTech is a good example of VPS provider.
