I remember when I was working in the Ortigas area and my employer decided to
have Globe DSL installed, and the list of sad experiences are as follows:


   - Tech Support (Outsourced employees and no IT experience) sucks bigtime,
   it took them several days before someone came to the office to check the
   problem.
   - Four IT Support came, one each day, each one has a different opinion as
   to what is causing the intermittent connection (They're just guessing)
   - Connection was so bad that after two weeks we decided to terminate the
   contract.

Now if I were you, since you can afford paying for a T1 line, why not try
VPS instead, it's reliable and can guarantee you a 99.99% uptime.
LayeredTech is a good example of VPS provider.
