I'll ex-deal it with an announcement on our website plus a one - time 'email blast' on this list (the accepted politically correct term for spam used by local marketers), so forgive me ahead of time. the floor is open for talk about arrangements, such as: who can make presentations. who do you nominate to make a presentations, but is too shy to come out himself. what topics do you wanna talk and hear about. who can hang out with me sa booth (not necessarily for the whole 3 days, even just a day or half a day. I can probably do only half days as well.) I need an artist to make a logo for PLUG, please come forward. Essentially, the event managers are just going for 'warm bodies' and activity, while we want a venue, so the deal looks good.
