What would be nice is a good package for the people to take home with them.

Like posters, stickers, mouse pads, CD's, Magazine's and some other little
items added in.

The public also like to know where I can get more info when is the next event,
So a Sign-up sheet after the event, on the site is a good idea, not for the
techy discussions but for up coming events, Always have the downloadable
presentations if any are performed.

I dont know if we can get one of the companies in the Mag business to give us
last months, Linux Journal, or my favorite, Linux Format.

More than One Distro, not just the CD but a write up to go with it.

In Linux Format they have the DVD plus a cool write up why you would like to
try this cd.

Now once again we dont have a Board that can go out and get deals from the
publishers, it all has to be done on the trust basis.

We need to talk to other organizations also like Open Moko - or One Laptop -
or other groups that will not make it to the show but want their devices
shown off. Even Asus EEE, they should be able to provide one or two for the
show, Guru's show them off then the public buys them at a ASUS store...

Get National Book store to supply some good books for the display, Come on not
5 Year old ones, National.. Some O'reilly , Apress, Syngress, Wrox.

Then we man Our Stage and show off all their products for them.. Perfect
relationship....

Seen this in the Electronics arena before. Where at a point when we went to
lunch Siemens manned our area, and we manned theirs during their breaks..
