Ubuntu's next release, the Jaunty Jackalope, will have the 2.6.28 kernel. But
I don't think ext4 will be the default, though you could still choose to during
installation.

Fedora 11 release (the only distro based on 2.6.28 kernel that) will use ext4
as the default fs and will include btrfs in the install option.
