Good day guys! I was wondering if anyone here have some stories(success or otherwise) from local companies that have migrated their workstations from a previously M$ dominated environment to a FOSS one, with special mention of Office apps specifically Excel with their macros and VB scripting. I've read some stories about some EU companies and government that have move to FOSS, but I'd prefer to hear from local experience
I'd like to know your inputs, opinions and experiences on this. I for one have been in companies that have had pure FOSS desktops with no real problems. But what about those that came from M$ that would be migrating to FOSS? Thank you very much!
