We have one client wherein we migrated all workstations to Ubuntu except for a few that needs to run MS based apps, at first we've encountered lots of resistance especially from users towards the implementation team but since the order/policy came from the company president there's nothing they can do but to comply. We've also conducted desktop user trainings to ease the pain of transition.
