Hi, The Philippine Computer Society (PCS) has been involved, advocating, and pushing for the automated election long before this was approved.
Smartmatic and other bidders along with Comelec presented this (hardware, systems, procedures, etc.) to us and had a forum last year. The Government Relations Committee of the society meet with government officials monthly (or more frequent) about this. Perhaps it will be best to put PCS in the loop. Kind regards, WILFRED MANUEL B.
