You should be safe with either ATI or NVIDIA, right? Both of them have official drivers. I've successfully run StarCraft 2 on mid-range laptops (for 2010) with mid-range ATI and NVIDIA video cards, and my playing experience was quite good at Medium to High (mostly medium) video settings.
