Greetings, I've been lurking for several months now. Used to live Portland and attended a few clinics in sw, can't remember the name of the school.
Gt married and moved, now living in Hartford Ct. Not much going on community wise in open source in this specific area. Glad to know that things are flourishing there. Just installed Ubuntu v8.10 to a new to me laptop. Dell Lattitude D800. Installation went perfectly. Now, the screen freezes, sometimes while using oo, other times while in a terminal and sometimes while online. The only way out is to restart the system. Reminds of the other one. Any suggestions?
