Being the 'cutting edge testbed', I'd expect Fedora to have lot's of changes, 
all the time. However, one must read release notes to determine if the latest 
changes have impact on systems one is running. e.g. If the changes are in the 
intel network chipset support, and one's systems has other than intel network 
chips, the update may in fact not apply, so therefor does not have to be 
installed.

Personally, I would not do that.
