Yes. I have one here with very high quality (== expensive) cables that worked perfectly for me with a CRT monitor. I keep meaning to sell it on eBay but haven't gotten around to doing so. I _think_ it's a Belkin and I needed a pair of $45 (or more) cables to make it work properly. Haven't tried it on a LCD monitor.
