The ones I've had very good luck with are the 'Aten' kvm switches. They come in VGA or DVI and all the cables needed for the number of systems they support. That last part sort of offsets the fact that they are kind of expensive. But since there are no cables to buy, it works out in the end. I'd do a google shopping search for them.
