I want to be sure no files are lost if something goes wrong when up grading Ubuntu 14 to 16 both LTS.
Is copying ALL of the Home directory to an SD card sufficient to capture al of the files that I have created or downloaded? I have no expectation of an SD card being OK for the long term, this is just for the duration of the upgrade process. thanks JK
