On my TCL Tablet, I click the USB Charging notification which takes me to USB Preferences then I select File Transfer and the tablet showed up in my File Manager on Fedora Gnome. I was able to navigate to my Downloads folder on the tablet from the File Manager on my laptop and transfer over an eBook.
