Not sure it was less than PhP3,000, mine was more than PhP3,500 (forget now the
exact price), back when the exchange rate was somewhere in the mid-30s to the
US$. And I can tell you that it works under Linux, OpenBSD, and OS/2. Haven't
tried it under BeOS but wouldn't be surprised if it worked there as well.
