You really should just get a UPS since your box also does the accounting
stuff.  There are low end UPS'es that you could buy cheap.  Then all you
need is to tell your employees to rush over to the server and do a
ctrl-alt-del as soon as power fails.  You could also try one of the
journalling filesystems like ext3 or reiserfs.  It's not foolproof and is
normally paired with a UPS but it'll solve your problem somewhat.

Then again there's e2fsck's -p and -y options.  -p tells e2fsck to preen
your filesystem automatically (this is normally mapped to fsck's -a option)
and -y tells it to answer yes to every question.  You could replace your fs
check options during your boot process with this.  THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDED
COURSE OF ACTION, but hey, it's your box.
