the Asia Pacific College (APC) got the biggest backing from German Linux Maker SuSE
LINUX AG. SuSE has todate been the biggest and most supportive global Linux provider
to hit the Philippines educational scene with multilateral software development
agreements with the Asia Pacific College - SM Educational Foundation.
in short, SuSE is bringing its global projects among others 64-bit large file support
in linux, STONITH, Heatbeat, REISERFS among others for novice Filipino software
engineer aspirants. its February lecture series at the college will bring to the
country Alan Robertson, lead developer in SuSE's STONITH IRIX Failsafe clustering
project.
