Funny, I have 2.4.1 installed on my ThinkPad, mainly because the 2.4.x
kernels are the only ones which have the driver for my USB to Serial
converter. I've had encouraging results with it so far, but have thus far
been unable to hotsync my Palm from Linux. I got Microcom to dial my
external modem though, not sure exactly what the problem is with the pilot
tools. I haven't upgraded my glibc to 2.2 yet, but otherwise it does seem
to work properly.
