Well, if you want to discuss how CS is taught in the Philippines,
opportunities for Philippine CS grads, etc. it makes sense. If you're going
to discuss technical issues, start OS/language wars, etc., you should stick
to Usenet.

I predict that whatever type of list you set up, you'll get a lot of "help
with my homework" questions, just like comp.lang.c.
