There's an SiS-630 based chipset (PPGA/FCPGA) with onboard sound, video,
and ethernet. The only hitch is that it uses FCPGA chips (Celeron or
PIII) which aren't exactly cheap. But there's a new Cyrix chip that fits
in FCPGA. Yun nga lang, the performance is bottom-of-the-barrel (mga
K6-500 class) at a similar cost.
