Come to think of it, they might be, but not that much more. I bought a PS/2
mouse for PhP300 (I think) before I wised up and went to HMR, where I bought
PS/2 mice for PhP120 each. In any event, it's not that *each* PC will be
equipped with a PS/2 mouse, just that a few of them might have them, say as
replacements.

I'm not sure we're talking about the same thing. This Linux-on-ROM project aims
to produce a Linux BIOS chip, so you can boot Linux in three seconds. I think it
was either Orly or Ian who posted the URL.

Whatever happened to your old Linux Philippines computers -- weren't they
diskless stations with boot ROMs?
