Eh. I have a question. How much would it cost to ship a 5" x 18.5" x
18.5" package FedEx from the US. Weight probably in the 20-lb range (it
would come in under "30lb package" I believe).
This is a Silicon Graphics Indigo2 200MHz MIPS R4400SC with 128MB RAM,
Solid Impact or High Impact graphics (8 geometry processors and 4 raster
processors), 2GB Fast Wide SCSI disk, and Irix 6.5.1. They generally go
for $650 now with 15-day warranty.
I want one!! (and no, not putting Linux/MIPS on it.) Part of my "growing
up with UNIX" was on such a machine, and the idea of having one for home
is pretty compelling.. if only I could figure the shipping cost.
