As I recall, IT products were reduced to 3% tariff a few years back and 2
years ago was reduced to 0%.
So legally there should be no tax.  I believe the rule was even amended to
include CD-ROMs, as before they were not included as IT products.  Anyway,
if anybody has the connections, can anybody verify if this is the case?
