I've noticed a lot of people seem to be using IMP to try to create a
webmail gateway, and a these people are now asking questions on how to
set it up. We've played with several webmail packages that a freshmeat
gave us, and apparently Squirrelmail (http://www.squirrelmail.org/)
seems to have been the one that has made us suffer the least. Ten
minutes after we got the tarballs we were able to set up a basic
configuration for local webmail, as Red Hat 7 already gave us RPM's for
a PHP-ready apache server...
