There is a school of which I am connected (somehow)...Asia Pacific College.
They are willing to work with PLUG or whoever to promote Linux use in the
Philippines. In fact IBM itself is very keen on doing Linux related
projects. Whatever happens, it's best that PLUG has a personality -- all
activities will be in the list anyway...the rest will just be the annual
general membership meeting (or eyeball)...as a requirement for a SEC
registered non-profit non-stock organization. The election (or mock) can be
carried out during that meeting.
