 i haven't seen any registration for the CPP (communist party of the philippines) and 
that particular group *is* in any is an organization. 

 i think i understand what ian is trying to say, having PLUG registered at the SEC 
doesn't make it any less of a LUG. 'coz it really doesn't matter. yan ang power ng 
internet, people banding themselves because.
