I use pine too. But a majority of co-workers who I have to provide
services/support for use Windows, so I'm looking at what to give as an
alternative for them to use. If there's a web-based app that provides some
of the Outlook functionality, I'm willing to look into it.

What are the key features of Outlook anyway?
