djbdns is too limited for a full-featured DNS server based on the spec
sheet.  I also don't like djb's approach to things, they are too different
from the 'norm.'

I recommend BIND 9 running as a non-root user, which requires kernel 2.4 on
Linux if you want to use threading, because 2.2 and below don't have the 
'drop privileges' kernel facility.  I'm also confident in the rigorous 
rewrite-from-scratch of BIND 9 as opposed to 8 which came from the codebase of
4 and below.
