[plug] Kernel Panic

Hi there,

This message appeared in our server ( Redhat  6.2) :

Code : 8a 04 0b 89 44 24 38 .................................
Aiee,  killing interrupt handler
Kernel Panic :  Attempted to kill the idle task
In swapper task  - not syncing

What seems to be the problem with my server. Pls advise.
