In order for OpenLDAP/pam_ldap/nss_ldap to work against AD (Win2K Active
Directory) you need to define some extra parameters/filter substitutions.
Because AD is not compatible with RFC2307 (which in any case is for UNIX
systems).
I don't have the info handy (I don't use Windoze) but The Truth Is Out
