<g> I was thinking of using DocBook (dbslides) to do my slides and speaker notes, but
I figured that learning yet another tool (although extremely tempting) does make
preparing the actual talks a bit harder.
I might next time, though. I've been reading up on the pros and cons of XML thanks to
this other project I'm planning to do, and once I figure out how the heck XPath and
XLink are supposed to work efficiently with XSLs and JSP (agh, acronyms galore
here)... <muses>
Ackackack. Stop thinking about that.
No, seriously, what's a nice way to do slides? William does all of his slides in
LaTeX, which arguably looks very interesting as well. I haven't quite figured out how
to get it to do speaker notes, but I'll get there eventually. I've already tried out
magicpoint and I find it pretty easy to use. =)
<sigh> Or maybe I'll stick with HTML...
